Kara-Tunga is the perfect base if you want to explore the region of Karamoja! I stayed there 5 days to collect info for my reportage and I found: very kind hospitality by Cristine at the reception, very skilled guides such as Daniel and Timothy, very comfortable accommodation and great cuisine with also very gentle waiters. I recommend this place to everyone! – Filos Ganga (August 29, 2023)
“Daniel took us to a traditional Karamoja village. As a Karamojong himself, he shared his own childhood experiences. With pride, he showed us how they live. We were a bit scared at the start. Daniel eased us and we really enjoyed such an encounter with this way of life.” – Petra Pasman (October 5, 2023)
