The eight edition of The Karamoja Cultural Festival Event 2023 took place on September 5-9 in Napak District of Karamoja sub-region in Northern Uganda. The annual event attracted people from Karamoja, Teso, Lango, Turkana, South Sudan and parts of Ethiopia, who share similar historical backgrounds as Ateker.
