Lazy Camping during the Tour of Karamoja is the joy of camping with a real mattress and the ability to stand up straight, but without the headache of setting your own tent. The package can be booked as a single or shared (two one-person mattresses) arrangement. The tents are located in the same area as other guests.
Included
The Lazy Camping package includes a canvas fabric dome tent measuring 3×3 meters wide and 2.2 meters high. Each person who books receives a mattress. All guests have access to public bucket showers with hot water and eco-toilets.
Excluded
Lazy Camping package excludes a pillow, sleeping bag, towel and toiletries.
Campsite facilities
Camping and Lazy Camping guests have access to shared camping facilities. These are divided into male and female sections. Each section has several bucket showers with hot water but no toiletries. Guests also have access to eco-toilets where toilet paper is provided.
Obligatory camping for all participants
Every stage is spent at a different location, and all participants will be camping for 5 out of 5 nights. Those who book the Lazy Camping or any Hotel package will sleep in the Lazy Camping arrangement. Guests who book the Camping package will need to provide their own camping equipment but will have access to the same facilities.

Through eco-tourism development Kara-Tunga Tours fosters peace, prosperity, conservation and creates jobs in the Karamoja region. Additionally, the Tour supports 20 girls to access education through Ride 4 Girl Child initiative.
